A SMALL FITNESS STUDIO OFFERING PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS AND SMALL, PERSONALISED GROUP FITNESS CLASSES IN MARLBOROUGH, NEW ZEALAND.

Hi, I’m Emma, owner-operator of EMK Fitness, and qualified personal trainer. I’m driven by supporting people to become the best version of themselves both physically and mentally, providing them with tools and guidance to build fitness, strength and self confidence. 

As a busy mum-of-four, fitness and having a gym community got me through the early days of motherhood, providing focus and something for ‘me’ during even the most overwhelming of days. I work hard to tailor both personal training and group-fitness sessions to the needs of my clients and specialise in supporting:

  • Pre and postnatal mums

  • Men and women with a desire to build strength, mobility and overall wellbeing

  • Men and women with a need for injury rehabilitation 

I keep classes small, freeing me up to ensure you’re getting the most from each and every movement throughout the session.

PRICING + TIMETABLE.

EMK Fitness group class memberships are sold in five week blocks:

  • Two or more classes per week - $20/class

  • One class per week - $25/class

Booking a five week block secures your spot for the duration of the five weeks.

I also have a limited number of personal training spots available - contact me to discuss.

EMK-Fitness Weekly timetable. Features classes at 5.15am, 6.15am and 9.15am Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and 4.30pm Tuesday and Thursday. Mums Classes at 10.30am and 12pm on Wednesday.

  • Core Restore is a supportive group fitness class designed for mums ready to reconnect with their bodies after pregnancy and childbirth. This class focuses on rebuilding core strength, healing Diastasis Recti, and incorporating essential pelvic floor exercises, all while moving in a way that feels good for you. Bring your baby along and connect with other mums on the same journey, within a strong, uplifting community. Whether it’s your first baby or your third, Core Restore is here to help you regain strength, confidence, and ownership of your body in a safe, empowering environment. 💪✨

  • Core + More is the perfect next step after Core Restore, designed to help mums build strength, endurance, and confidence as they progress in their postpartum fitness journey. This class incorporates upper and lower body strength training, core-focused exercises, and energising cardio in a supportive group setting. As your baby grows from rolling to crawling, they’ll have fun moving alongside you, making workouts even more engaging. Join other mums in this empowering space where fitness meets community, and celebrate every step of your progress together! 💪👶✨
